Job summary

DK Recruitment is recruiting for a reliable Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a fantastic client in Warrington on a late shift. You will ensure goods are handled safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The duties include operating a forklift, unloading inbound vehicles, loading pallets onto double decker trailers, maximizing space, and maintaining a clean, secure workspace while ensuring loads remain safe and compliant. The shift runs 14:00–23:00.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified forklift operator.
• Experience loading double deck trailers.
• Ability to load efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Strong awareness of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift truck safely and confidently
• Unload inbound vehicles
• Load pallets onto double decker trailers safely, securely and efficiently
• Maximise trailer space while ensuring all loads remain safe and compliant
• Position pallets correctly to optimise capacity
• Maintain a clean and organised working area
• Lock up the building at the end of the shift
