Successful applicants will guide players through a structured curriculum, focusing on long-term development, inclusivity, and safeguarding. Evening sessions are required, with opportunities to progress within the PDP and broader pathways.

Qualifications

• Required UEFA C Licence minimum; UEFA B preferred.
• Experience coaching children and young people in grassroots/academy settings.
• Strong understanding of long-term player development.
• Able to adapt coaching to various ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions reflecting the club’s philosophy.
• Plan, prepare and evaluate sessions suitable for age/ability.
• Support physical, technical, tactical and social development of players.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment.
