Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to support Defence operations on a part-time basis (32.5 hours/week). The role involves supervising frontline teams, handling deliveries, rotas, stock orders, and maintaining health, safety and food hygiene standards.

You will be part of ESS, Compass Group UK&I’s Defence, Government, and Energy services sector, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service across UK military sites and secure environments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
