Job summary

Kindred FM is seeking a reliable cleaner for an educational building in Bedford. The role operates Monday to Friday, 15:30–18:30, with a pay of £13.45 per hour. Qualifications

• DBS check background clearance required.
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Able to meet shift timings and complete tasks on time.
• English communication skills; first language not strictly required.
• Willingness to work fixed shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints and furniture.
• Emptying bins and disposing waste.
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, towels and toilet rolls.
• Carrying out deeper cleaning tasks (carpets, polishing floors) when needed.
• Using cleaning equipment safely and storing it properly.
• Reporting maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and support colleagues when needed.
