Zusammenfassung

Stagecoach Group is seeking a hands-on Shunter Fueller at our St Helens Depot. You will fuel, oil, and drive vehicles around the depot, keeping them clean and ready for service, while maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a 6pm–2am shift, and you will join a supportive team at a depot embracing low-emission and electric vehicles. Training is provided, with benefits including a pension and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifikationen

• UK driving licence is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided.

Aufgaben

• Fuel and oil buses and coaches.
• Drive (shunt) vehicles safely around the depot and park them correctly.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including deep cleans and under-chassis washes.
• Keep the depot premises tidy and hygienic, including washrooms.
• Carry out vehicle changeovers, breakdown support, and collect/deliver vehicles or parts as needed.
• Log fuel and oil usage and complete daily checks on equipment.
• Support the team to ensure a safe, efficient depot operation.
