Blakemore Trade Partners at SPAR Beddau is seeking a part-time Customer Team Member to support the store management team and deliver a positive customer experience. You will help maximise sales and profits by completingAssigned tasks to aid in store improvements and ensuring excellent service.

The role is 16 hours per week with shifts from 3pm to 11pm on Monday and Thursday, offering a friendly, fast-paced working environment and staff benefits including discounts and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Attentive to detail and able to follow instructions.
• Understanding of retail policies and procedures.
• Able to work 3pm–11pm shifts and be available for 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistant for product searches.
• Process purchases accurately at the till and promote offers to maximise sales.
• Maintain stock, rotate stock, and ensure a clean, well-displayed sales floor.
