Job summary

SPAR Blakeslee Drive is hiring a Customer Team Member (18+) to support store management and deliver a positive customer experience. You will assist in maximising sales and profits by performing allocated tasks and upholding the store's standards. The role offers progression and a friendly, inclusive team culture.

The position is 12 hours per week, running 11am-4pm, with potential for additional hours. Benefits include staff discount, pension and wellbeing support in a dynamic convenience store

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail role preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of retail regulations and procedures.
• Able to contribute ideas for customer service improvement.
• Experience with a cash handling and till systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with inquiries.
• Process purchases accurately at the till and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store presentation, stock and price changes as required.
• Support the store team with daily tasks and promotions.
