Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking registered mental health professionals for the Retreat Bournemouth, a 365-day open access crisis service. You will assess needs, provide brief interventions, and coordinate with other services, with weekend work and 16:00–00:00 shifts.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required and funding provided by the Trust.
• Professional qualification at degree level in mental health disciplines or equivalent.
• Current registration with the relevant governing body.

Responsibilities

• Identify those needing further clinical input and arrange appropriate onward care.
• Support individuals in significant distress to access their own resources and stay safe.
• Work with peer specialists to deliver inclusive, compassionate care and signposting.
