Job summary

Waste Investigations Support & Enforcement (WISE) is seeking a Neighbourhood Patrol Officer to join their team in Brent Council. In this full-time role, you will actively engage with the community, investigate complaints, and develop action plans to tackle anti-social behaviour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in statement taking, community engagement, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, professional, and resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to complaints of anti-social behaviour within agreed timescales.
• Gather and compile evidence to a standard suitable for legal proceedings.
• Develop and lead partnership-based action plans to resolve complex ASB issues.
• Patrol the streets to identify and address ASB hotspots.
• Engage with individuals in the community, including vulnerable and street populations.
• Create high-quality reports and maintain accurate records.
