Job summary

Lawrence Cleaning Solutions is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaner to join our team, with consistent evening hours across offices and factory environments. This varied role covers offices, meeting rooms, staff welfare areas, toilets, communal spaces, and factory floor areas.

Full training will be provided, along with uniform and PPE. You will work 5 days a week with 10 hours total per week, maintaining high cleanliness standards and following COSHH guidelines in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces.
• Clean factory and production areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
• Following cleaning schedules and completing assigned tasks.
• Safely using cleaning equipment, products, and materials.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including COSHH requirements.
• Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Can work independently and manage their workload effectively.
• Is comfortable working around both office employees and production teams.
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

This varied role involves cleaning both office and manufacturing environments, including offices, meeting rooms, staff welfare areas, toilets, communal spaces, and factory floor areas.

Whether you're an experienced cleaner or looking to develop your skills, full training will be provided.

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, staff kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces
• Clean factory and production areas in line with site requirements
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitise, and maintain surfaces to a high standard
• Empty bins and replenish consumable supplies where required
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including COSHH guidelines
• Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns to management
