Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring a part‑time Collections and Network Driver. The role covers 20 hours per week over five days (Mon–Fri), typically 15:00–19:00, with occasional driving. You’ll join a team delivering and collecting mail, checking post-boxes and visiting business customers on a prearranged schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk long periods and work outdoors in all weather.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Be reliable, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Demonstrate a friendly, helpful approach to customers and colleagues.
• Enjoy a varied role including collection, delivery and basic sorting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels on assigned routes.
• Check post-boxes, visit post offices and collect mail as required.
• Sort mailbags and ensure correct routing to centres.
• Occasional driving with a focus on safe, timely deliveries.
