Job summary

Concept Resources are recruiting for a reliable Cleaning Operative to provide evening cleaning cover at a site in Llandudno. This is a part-time position working 1.5 hours per evening, Monday to Friday, with total 7.5 hours per week and an immediate start.

The role involves cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, sanitising toilets, and maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working independently and lone working.
• Willing to act as a key holder and operate alarm panel.
• Able to travel to Llandudno, LL30 2WY for 17:00 start.
• Right to Work documentation must be presented at induction.
• Candidates must use a Time & Attendance system to clock in/out each shift.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the premises.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
