Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to deliver high cleaning standards at the Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Thursday to Monday, 14:00–22:00, with a temporary contract through January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
