Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Birmingham is seeking a Cleaner to deliver high sanitation standards, adhering to SLA expectations and cleaning schedules.

The role is full-time, temporary until January 2027, working 40 hours weekly on a 14:00–22:00 shift from Wednesday to Sunday at Bullring Shopping Centre. You will receive training, join a team focused on safety, reliability, and excellent customer service, with benefits including pension contributions, discounts, and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
