Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join regional operations in Londonderry. The role entails cleaning duties, following safety rules, and ensuring equipment remains in good condition; two hours per week with shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5 pm.

Candidates should be able to read basic English, be reliable and flexible, and demonstrate a professional attitude. Prior cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, with training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the cleaning area, when work needs to be carried out and chemicals used while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
• Build positive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve.
