Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Belfast is hiring a Cleaner to support multiple sites across Belfast and surrounding areas. You will ensure equipment is clean, maintained and safe, and you will work with customers to deliver excellent service.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts Monday to Sunday and a starting rate of £14 per hour plus benefits. Training is provided, and a friendly team environment supports your development.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Full Clean driving licence.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

• Keep equipment clean, well maintained and safe.

What You Will Do As a Cleaner

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs
• Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
