Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Evening Cleaning Operative in London. This part-time role runs 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6pm–11pm, at £14.80 per hour. Training and development opportunities, apprenticeships, and enhanced holiday allowance are provided to support your growth within the company.

Join a team delivering high standards of hygiene and a safe workplace, in a professional corporate environment at a central London site.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, reliable and self-motivated approach.
• Good attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, meeting rooms and communal areas.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning schedules.
• Empty waste and dispose of it correctly.
• Replenish washroom and cleaning consumables.
• Carry out detailed cleaning as required.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Follow COSHH, health & safety and colour-coding procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and faulty equipment.
• Maintain cleaning cupboards, bin areas and equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and visitors.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.

What you'll do
