Job summary

Elior UK is recruiting a Chef to join our team in Livingston. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food, managing the kitchen and service area, and maintaining excellent standards in a fast-paced environment.

Working pattern is Monday to Thursday, 18:00–00:30, 26 hours per week. The role requires leadership, team coordination, and a passion for customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cooking experience.
• Passion for food and quality service.
• Focused on front-line service and a team player.
• Previous catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the food is to the highest standard
• Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
• Offer a warm and friendly service
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed
• Ability to lead a team and co-ordinate service
