Job summary

Care Assistant required to provide dedicated support to an adult with complex care needs within her own home.

The role is for two afternoon/evening shifts per week, 2:00pm–9:00pm, working as part of an established care team.

You will follow the care plan, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures and company policies at all times, with full training, induction and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• supporting with personal care, mobility, meals and drinks, medication support in line with the care plan, companionship, maintaining comfort and dignity, completing accurate care records and reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
• follow the individual’s care plan, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures and company policies at all times.
