Home Instead UK Ltd in Folkestone, Kent is seeking dedicated Care Assistants for evening shifts. This full-time role welcomes Nigerian and African immigrants and offers Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for eligible applicants, along with training and career progression.

You will provide vital support to older adults, help with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship during 16:00–21:00 shifts with alternate weekends. Applicants must have right to work, a driving licence, and good English.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for eligible foreign applicants)
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• Clear English and good communication skills
• A warm, patient, and caring nature
• Ability to work evening shifts (16:00-21:00) and alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide vital support to older adults in Folkestone and Hythe, Kent.
• Perform personal care tasks such as washing, showering, and dressing with dignity.
• Support mobility, assist with meals and drinks, and help with light household tasks.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and a friendly presence to improve daily life.
