Job summary

Home Instead is seeking Care Professionals in Manchester for evening work. This role offers a chance to make a significant difference in clients' lives through companionship, meal preparation, and personal care. With a starting pay of £13.20/£13.70, increasing after 3 months, employees also receive ongoing training, paid DBS, and a supportive community.

Experience in care is an advantage, but full training will be provided. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and flexibility to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Experience and qualifications in care are an advantage but not required.
• Must have a valid right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through chats and activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and shopping.
• Prepare meals, including sandwiches and home-cooked options.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Deliver personal care to clients.

Job Description

How you will make a difference as a Care Professional

• Companionship, everything from a chat over a cup of tea to playing a game of scrabble
• Accompaniment, to appointments or a spot of shopping
• Meal preparation, a sandwich, or a home cooked meal
• Light housekeeping, a run around with the vacuum cleaner or a spot of dusting
