Home Instead is recruiting Evening Care Assistants to support clients in Witney and surrounding areas. You will visit regular clients, starting at 5pm and finishing by 9:45pm, with a minimum visit of one hour. At Home Instead, we're growing and we are looking for new Evening Care Assistant's to join our team and be there to provide our clients with the outstanding care and support they deserve!
We are looking for friendly and caring Evening Care Assistant's to support our clients living across the Witney & Carterton areas as well as the villages around and between.
As an Evening Care Assistant with us, we want you to build real, strong relationships with those you support and so you will always visit regular clients with a minimum of 1 hour.
We are looking for people who can start from 5pm and are able to work until 9:45pm.
- £13.45 hour during the week and £14.20 per hour on the weekend
- £26.90 per hour on a bank holiday
- Regular clients and minimum 1 hour visits
- Full, paid 'Client specific' training through our Brand New Care Skills Academy
- We'll get you through your Care Certificate over your first few weeks
- Clear career pathways & qualifications (NVQs)

As an Evening Care Assistant, the role will be varied with no 2 days the same! Our Evening Care Assistant's provide valuable companionship to those who may be lonely, support with washing and dressing, help with mobility in and outside the client's home, medication support, meal preparation and light home help tasks.
Due to the nature of the role, we need you be be aged 18 or over and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired.
We also require an alternate weekend working (both Saturday & Sunday).
