Home Instead in Swindon is seeking Evening Care Assistants to support clients with their evening routines between 5pm and 9:45pm. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, and help clients prepare for a restful night in their own homes.

We offer full, award-winning training, clear career pathways, a referral scheme, and pay ahead options. A permanent, long-term commitment and a driving licence are preferred; you must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over with availability to work evenings (5pm - 9:45pm) and alternate weekends.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
• Commitment to a permanent, long-term role with continuity of care.
• UK right to work required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with evening routines, provide companionship and reassurance, assist with personal care, and prepare for a restful night.
• Cover Swindon, Highworth and Vale of White Horse areas to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

We would need you to be aged 18 or over with availability to work an alternate weekend (Saturday & Sunday). Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired.
