Home Instead are seeking a Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity. The role is part-time with regular clients and weekend availability to maintain continuity of care.

Care Assistant Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

Care Assistant duties include:

Part-Time Working Hours

Part-time hours based on your preferred regular availability

Regular clients to support continuity of care, including paid introductions to clients before you start care visits.

Availability to work every other weekend is essential

Pay & Benefits

• £13.50 - £15.00ph
• Paid travel time
• Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
• 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)

• Full training provided - no previous care experience required
