Job summary

You will respond to calls, document incidents, collaborate with local law enforcement, and support university events, with an emphasis on customer-focused interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse populations.
• Experience in customer service or security-related role preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, radios and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls and incidents.
• Proactively patrol indoors and outdoors to deter threats.
• Document incidents accurately in reports.
