Job summary

Mari is seeking a Box Office Co-ordinator for Windsor Great Park Illuminated at Windsor Great Park, Savill Garden. You will be the friendly face of the event, selling entry tickets and merchandise while delivering exceptional guest service and resolving questions.

Shifts generally run 3.00pm–10.30pm on a rota basis. The role requires a customer-focused, approachable, tech-savvy individual who can handle cash and card payments and operate ticketing systems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Able to handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Familiar with ticketing and payment systems (POS).

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming service at the Box Office.
• Sell entry tickets and merchandise; process exchanges.
• Set up Dines payment systems daily and operate See Tickets scanners.
• Answer guest queries and escalate issues to managers as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and card payments.
