Job summary

Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy in Wolverhampton is seeking an Academy Cleaner to maintain safety and cleanliness in classrooms and common areas. The role is part-time, 15 hours per week, term-time only, with 3 hours daily from 3.15pm to 6.15pm, and a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will work under direction to ensure a comfortable environment for pupils and staff, with DBS and pre-employment checks required. Applications are encouraged ASAP.

Qualifications

• Cleans buildings and teaching environments to maintain safety, cleanliness and comfort.
• DBS check and pre-employment medical clearance required as part of safeguarding policy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in the academy buildings and teaching areas under reasonable direction.
