Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting a MOT Motor Vehicle Technician to join our multi-franchise workshop in Stafford. You will perform MOT testing, service, repair and maintenance across a range of vehicles, ensuring work meets manufacturer and franchise standards.

We offer EV training pathways, full manufacturer training, and clear progression to Senior and Master Technician roles. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art workshop with excellent career development opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Holds an MOT Tester Licence.
• Full UK driving licence.
• EV qualification advantageous but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles.
• Test and diagnose faults; replace components and lubricants.
• Provide vehicle health checks and write-ups for customers and manufacturers.
