Job summary

Stoneacre The Number One Motor Group is seeking a Commercial Motor Vehicle Technician to service, repair and maintain a range of commercial vehicles in our modern workshop. You will complete job sheets and service reports to manufacturer standards and provide diagnostic findings for vehicle faults and future servicing needs.

Applicants should have a Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to undertake EV training.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• MOT Tester Licence would be beneficial but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnostics of commercial vehicles.
• Complete all service paperwork to manufacturer/brand standards (job sheets, PDIs, service reports).
• Produce diagnostic reports and advise on faults and future servicing/repair needs.
• Check quality of work through diagnostic equipment and road testing.
