Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group in the UK is recruiting a Commercial Motor Vehicle Technician to service, repair and maintain customer vehicles in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop. You will work on a range of manufacturers and take ownership from diagnosis to completion.

You will complete all service paperwork to brand standards, provide diagnostic reports, and advise on future servicing through vehicle health checks. Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop EV expertise in a leading dealer

• Qualification to Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

parking An average day as a Commercial Motor Vehicle Technician... Utilising your expanding knowledge of our manufacturer's vehicles and features you will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles of all types to an exemplary standard within our state of the art workshop. Working as part of a capable and motivated team, you will complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards. You will accurately and skilfully complete and provide diagnostic reports on our customers vehicles, advise and report on vehicle faults, and servicing/repair requirements for the future through vehicle health checks. In accordance with manufacture, warranty and dealer requirements, you will complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs and service reports. Upon the completion of jobs, through the use of diagnostic equipment and road testing, you will check the level and quality of work that has been carried out.

About you...

We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector within a technical role As a minimum, you will be qualified to Level 2 NVQ, or equivalent, in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. You will have fantastic communication skills and thrive working in a challenging yet rewarding environment You will have the ability to work well under pressure - It will be your technical ability that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way. An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided MOT Testers Licence would also be beneficial but not essential Hold a full UK driving licence We want you to love what you do - The rest will come naturally.
