Job summary

McLaren is seeking a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Supplier Quality team for the high-profile platform. You will be the primary Supplier Quality representative for Electric Propulsion and High Voltage Systems across the program, bridging Program Management, Powertrain Engineering and Tier-1 suppliers.

You will drive APQP/PPAP, ensure DfM and PFMEA, lead 8D investigations, and perform on-site audits to verify processes and ERP readiness before Job 1.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier quality activities for high voltage systems.
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and launch readiness processes.
• Familiarity with 8D, PFMEA and control plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive APQP, PPAP and launch readiness for program milestones.
• Lead supplier quality assurance for HV systems and subsystems.
• Collaborate with Tier-1 suppliers to ensure DfM and PFMEA robustness.
• Perform on-site audits to verify process capability and compliance.
