Job summary

ubitricity is seeking a Network Performance Manager in the UK to own the performance and utilisation of a large public EV charging network. You will act as the operational owner for a portfolio of boroughs and assets, coordinating with councils, maintenance teams, and Partnership Managers to drive improvements and deliver strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operational performance, asset performance, or network performance within infrastructure, utility, transport, or technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of technical and regulatory environments relevant to infrastructure deployment.
• Experience working with utilisation, performance, or operational KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Monitor network utilisation and performance across boroughs and assets.
• Act as the primary operational contact for councils and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate responses to operational enquiries, requests, and improvement opportunities.
• Support client reviews and performance discussions with data-led insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Partnership Managers to drive network improvements and support customer engagement.
• Provide technical guidance on charger performance, site optimisation, and infrastructure improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve utilisation and asset performance, including relocations and signage enhancements.
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Monitor and escalate risks affecting network performance.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks for managing a growing national network
