Job summary

ubitricity is seeking a Network Performance Manager to own operational performance across boroughs and charging assets in the UK. You will monitor utilisation, analyse asset performance, and drive improvements with data-led insights for better customer outcomes.

Collaborating with councils, Partnership Managers and maintenance teams, you’ll coordinate suppliers and initiatives to boost network reliability and utilisation across a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operational performance, asset performance, or network performance across infrastructure, utility, transport, or technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Understanding of technical and regulatory environments relevant to infrastructure deployment.
• Experience working with utilisation, performance, or operational KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own network performance and utilisation, monitor trends, identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as primary operational contact for boroughs and councils, coordinating responses and improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve utilisation, asset performance, and site readiness; coordinate suppliers.
• Produce regular network and asset performance reports and dashboards; provide data-led recommendations.
