Job summary

GRIDSERVE seeks a Network Optimisation Manager to lead the function that turns network data, incident learning and asset intelligence into measurable improvements across the GRIDSERVE EV charging network. This is a senior operational leadership role with accountability for reliability, remote resolution and cost to serve.

You will lead Tier 2, Tier 3 and the Interoperability Lab, drive investigations into complex issues, use telemetry and service history to identify systemic faults, and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in EV charging, energy infrastructure, or mission-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network Optimisation function across Tier 2, Tier 3, Interoperability Lab and EV asset insight.
• Improve triage, remote repair, ticket quality and Field Service hand-off.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into complex and recurring EV network issues.
• Use data, telemetry, service history and OEM systems to identify systemic failure modes.
• Own monthly EV Operations insight reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Challenge OEMs and suppliers with clear technical evidence.
• Support Field Service with improved diagnosis, playbooks and targeted improvement campaigns.
• Ensure lessons learned become operating standards and measurable network improvement.
