Job summary

Fusion People is recruiting for a number of mechanics in Ballymena, County Antrim. The role pays £30 per hour on an ongoing contract, with a 38-hour week (Mon-Thu 7am-5pm) and overtime available on Fridays.

Duty includes interior fit-out of large new electric vehicles, assembling metal, wood and fibreglass components, and ensuring safe operation of plant tools while adhering to H&S and quality standards. 4+ years on the tools required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years on the tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Interior fit-out of large new electric vehicles.
• Assemble metal, wood, laminate and fibreglass components using nuts, bolts and rivets.
• Operate plant equipment and hand tools safely.
• Assemble products in line with assembly drawings.
• Comply with H&S policies and procedures.
• Ensure work meets company standards and quality sign-offs.
• Move between operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
