Job summary

Fish Brothers Kia in Swindon is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to service, diagnose, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will join a dealership that values expertise and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a £32,000 basic salary with £35,000 OTE, Monday to Friday 40 hours with Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Full Kia manufacturer training and EV accreditation will be provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair.
• Previous experience within a dealership, independent garage or similar environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A team-focused approach with pride in your workmanship.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Complete warranty repairs and associated paperwork accurately.
• Carry out vehicle health checks and report findings.
• Support the workshop team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely.
