Job summary

Hawk Hiring seeks a Service & Diagnostic Specialist for our Gillingham workshop. You will carry out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and electronic fault-finding across a range of ICE, hybrid and EVs, including MOT prep and high-voltage maintenance.

The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, 1+ years in servicing/diagnostics, and a full UK driving licence with own tools. Training in high voltage/EV is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent time-served experience).
• 1+ years hands-on servicing, maintenance, or diagnostics.
• High Voltage/EV awareness or qualification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and mechanical repairs.
• Perform electronic fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and maintain high-voltage systems.
