Job summary

Osprey Charging Network is seeking a Project Coordinator (Grid and Development) to join our Operations Department in London. The role focuses on coordinating grid connection applications, surveys, planning activities and pre-construction requirements for new EV charging sites.

You will work with the Development Lead and external partners, manage milestones in Salesforce, keep records up to date, and help move projects toward construction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or administration in a project-based environment.
• Strong organised approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail with meticulous record-keeping.
• Confident communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative and keen to learn about EV charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Grid connection applications: Support and coordinate with DNOs/IDNOs to progress power supply for new sites.
• Project and milestone tracking: Monitor Salesforce milestones and flag delays.
• Grid operations: Manage inbox and respond to queries from electricity network operators.
• External design coordination: Coordinate RFIs and design amendments with external partners.
• Pre-construction readiness: Schedule surveys, planning submissions and technical activities.
• Stakeholder coordination: Work with Development, Design, Construction and external partners.
• Project administration: Maintain documents in Salesforce and OneDrive; create reports and purchase orders.
• Pipeline and reporting: Coordinate weekly pipeline meetings and updates.
• Site registrations: Coordinate Openreach registrations and maintain records.
