Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrician (EV Charging) in Birmingham. You will install and service EV charging points across the 40 mile patch, applying NVQ Level 3 and 18th edition regulations. A competitive package includes a van, fuel card, progression, and a strong bonus scheme.

The role requires 2 installations daily with potential for more earnings, and a local, Monday–Friday patch. A valid UK driving license and resident in Birmingham are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 in electrical discipline.
• 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Full UK driving license.
• Located in Birmingham or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Install EV charging points across Birmingham and surrounding areas.
• Diagnose and repair EV charging points.
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing on EV charging circuits.
• Cover Birmingham and surrounding areas with company van.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Electrician with EV experience to join their team. They offer a range of benefits to support your journey within the company. 2 installations a day is required, with the opportunity to earn an additional £300 per week. The company also works within the EV and solar space so there is opportunities to upskill.

This company are a leading EV Company and have recently taken on multiple new EV contracts across the UK. With the company growing rapidly and taking on new engineers there will be lots of opportunities for development and progression.

The ideal candidate should possess valid electrician qualifications with an NVQ level 3, 18th edition. Additional bonuses can be achieved by installing a certain number of charger points and through being the top engineer for the month. Also valid driver’s license is required.

The Role:

• Installation of EV charging points
• Diagnose and repair existing EV charging points.
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing on EV charging circuits.
• Covering Bimringham and surrounding areas
• Electric Van and Charge point provided if applicable to your property
