Job summary
Mech Tech Professionals in Cardiff is seeking an Electrical Operations Manager to lead a team of electricians installing EV Chargers across Industrial & Commercial sectors in South Wales. The role will be approximately 80% office based and 20% hands-on field work, with a salary up to £60,000 (DOE) and a strong benefits package.
Ideal candidates will have Level 3 qualifications in Electrotechnical Systems and EV Charging, 18th Edition and 2391, plus extensive EV charger installation experience
Qualifications
- Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- Level 3 in EV Charging (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition and 2391 (or equivalent).
- Very good experience in EV Charger Installation.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of electricians delivering EV charger install projects across Industrial & Commercial sectors in South Wales and Southwest.
- Approve EV charger installations ensuring compliance with Building Regulations.
- Balance 80% office work with 20% hands-on field activities.
