Nestlé York is recruiting a Transport Execution Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive end-to-end inter-market transportation within Europe, tracking loads, coordinating with hauliers and Nestlé stakeholders to resolve delays and ensure loads arrive on time.

The role requires strong English, good cross‑cultural communication across Europe, and a proactive, data-driven approach to balance cost and service.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) – Essential.
• Experience in supply chain end-to-end processes or operational transport environments.
• Ability to build relationships across Europe and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Follow THUB strategies to balance cost and service.
• Work with hauliers to identify viable international transport solutions.
• Identify and escalate gaps that do not support THUB strategy to ensure KPIs (service, cost, performance) are met.
• Be an operational point of contact for haulier inquiries and Nestlé stakeholders, communicating load status and action plans.
• Solve problems related to not meeting standards affecting carriers, DCs, customers, traffic, weather, etc., and drive improvements.
