Job summary

Hexcel, a global leader in advanced composites, seeks an EAP Supply Chain Process Adherence Manager for its Duxford, UK location. The role conducts assessments, audits, and data-driven improvements across European sites to ensure process adherence and operational excellence.

You will drive standardisation, rollout new systems, and coach planners and teams, delivering measurable performance gains in inventory, data integrity, and process governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or related STEM discipline.
• Proven experience in supply chain operations, planning, materials management, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain process governance, operational excellence, and multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Experience conducting process audits, operational assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Ability to analyse data and convert insights into practical actions and process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of master data management, inventory control, and planning processes.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain digital tools (D365, SAP, Oracle).
• Professional qualifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular supply chain process adherence assessments across European manufacturing sites.
• Audit planning, replenishment, inventory management, and master data processes.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of standardised supply chain processes across the European network.
• Monitor adherence to supply chain operating procedures and identify improvement areas.
• Lead corrective and preventive action plans to address process gaps and improve performance.
• Support the rollout of new systems, tools, reporting solutions and best practices.
• Facilitate Aero Excellence assessments and improvement plan tracking across sites.
• Deliver training, coaching, and capability development programmes for planners and materials managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
