Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Engineer for field-based work across the UK and Europe, based in Leeds. Primary duties include installing and commissioning IP CCTV, access control, and enterprise security systems with substantial travel.

You will configure and test IP-based security solutions, work with Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000, Genetec and related platforms, and ensure proper handover documentation. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Installation/Commissioning Engineer or security systems engineer.
Strong IP CCTV and networking knowledge.
Experience with TCP/IP and network infrastructure.
Experience installing IP-based security systems in enterprise environments.
UK driving licence and willingness to travel in Europe.

Responsibilities

Installation of IP CCTV systems.
Commissioning and configuration of IP CCTV systems.
Installation and commissioning of Access Control systems.
Installation of Intruder Alarm systems.
Configuration and testing of IP-based security systems.
Working with TCP/IP, IP addressing, switches and network infrastructure.
Travelling to customer sites across Europe.
Configuring enterprise platforms including Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000 and Genetec.
Testing systems and completing final commissioning.
Completing commissioning documentation and handover information.
