Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Installation & Commissioning Engineer in Birmingham to install, configure, test and commission high-end security systems across commercial sites in Europe. You will handle IP CCTV, access control, and enterprise security deployments with strong networking knowledge.

The role requires regular travel in Europe, independent customer liaison, and a UK driving license. A full-time, permanent position with a base salary plus substantial OTE is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and commissioning IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and networking for security deployments.
• Familiarity with Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000, Genetec, Gallagher is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and stay away from home as required.

Responsibilities

• Install IP CCTV systems at client sites.
• Configure and test IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Commission security systems and document handover.
• Travel to customer sites across Europe for installations.
