Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the design, development and launch of new European products, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure customer outcomes and commercial success.

You will support product lifecycles, perform market research and prepare business cases for senior management, including committees, while keeping regulatory and market developments in view.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management and product management or ETF roles.
• Knowledge of European pooled fund structures (UCITS/AIFs) and distribution channels.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and Consumer Duty.
• Experience leading launch/change initiatives and project management.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, development and launch of new products for the European market.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver strong customer outcomes and commercial success.
• Prepare and present product ideas and business cases to senior management and committees.
• Manage launch projects and keep product specifications and run books up to date.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and communicate findings to Product committees.
