Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a skilled Distribution Compliance Advisor to strengthen the regulatory framework for cross-border activities across Europe and LatAm. You will advise on UCITS/AIFMD/MiFID II, private placements, reverse inquiries, and local marketing obligations, partnering with regional offices to ensure compliant, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Distribution or Regulatory Compliance in asset management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice for cross-border distribution, product-related compliance and local requirements for Europe and LatAm distribution offices.
• Support day-to-day regulatory obligations, onsite requirements and regulatory engagement.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for distribution activities.
• Assist in harmonising compliance standards across regions and build strong partner relationships.
