The Change Partners - Global talent specialists for a connected world is seeking a Performance Reporting Manager to lead cross-market reporting and analytics across Europe. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) is based in the London area and focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive growth and performance improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in project/programme management.
3+ years’ experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
Strong experience analysing operational data and producing actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve operational performance reporting criteria.
Define reporting requirements, KPIs, metrics, governance standards, and calculation logic.
Review, validate, and sign off on AI reporting outputs and insights to ensure accuracy and business relevance.
Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Prepare and present performance insights and executive reporting for senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, and analytics capabilities.
Partner with operational, governance, and analytics teams to align reporting with business objectives.
