European O&M Project Manager - Energy Storage and Performance

Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking an O&M Project Manager to connect customers, local O&M teams and the European O&M organisation, ensuring energy storage assets consistently deliver on commitments.

You will lead day-to-day customer contact, monitor contractual KPIs and support the rollout of European O&M processes across multiple countries, coordinating maintenance and reporting to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in O&M asset management, process implementation or project delivery.
• Knowledge of ESS/BESS technologies, batteries, PCS/inverters and grid connection.
• Understanding of contracts, SLAs, warranties and risk allocation.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day customer contact for asset performance and incidents.
• Monitor LTSA and SLA commitments, KPIs, invoicing and payments.
• Support development and rollout of European O&M processes and KPI frameworks.
• Lead country-by-country process roll-outs, trainings and go-lives.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, spare parts and service partners.
• Prepare reliable performance reporting and dashboards.
