Job summary

AVA Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineering Manager to oversee turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network. You will be responsible for driving quality improvements and yield while basing hands-on work across several supplier sites.

The role involves frequent travel to UK, Italy, and Hungary to map movement volumes and quality data, identify improvements, and reduce component cost.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in turbine aerofoil or precision aerospace/energy component manufacturing.
• Strong supplier management and project management capability.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Control turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network.
• Spend significant time at supplier sites across the UK, Italy, and Hungary.
• Map movement volumes and quality data across the network.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase yield and reduce component cost.
