Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a senior leader to own the European loyalty and CRM strategy, operating plan and performance priorities within the global RedTab framework.

You will translate global direction into regional plans across European markets, driving member growth, engagement and revenue across digital and retail touchpoints. You will lead the European Loyalty & CRM team, collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Retail and Analytics, and ensure alignment with product and technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years of loyalty, CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement within large, complex retail or consumer organisations.
